We are sometimes able to accommodate last-minute requests. However, we appreciate 14-day advance notice when booking a spa party or special event. Be sure to call for availability. A Zenspa Mobile Agreement must be signed, along with a paid deposit, before your event is considered “booked” on our calendar. All services must be paid in full prior to the event.
Our payment and cancellation policy:
Zenspa Mobile Services require advance booking of dedicated therapists and estheticians, therefore packages/services must be paid in full in advance. Reservations should be made a minimum of 14 days prior to your event, in person, via telephone, or online. (On occasion, we may be able to provide services with less than two weeks’ notice.) A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, to reserve a scheduled date and time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Business Checks. All balances, in full, are due in advance of the scheduled event. “No shows” will be charged the full service amount and are the responsibility of the client. A signed contract and deposit are required for a booked event to be “reserved.”
Our spa professionals will arrive for setup, prior to the start of your event. Arrival times will be pre-arranged at time of booking.
What about gratuities?
Gratuities are not included in our prices. A 20% gratuity is the industry norm for great service.
Are there a minimum number of hours or persons required for an in-home event?
We require a minimum of 5 hours and a minimum of 2 clients for all in-home services.
Who is providing the mobile services?
Zenspa Mobile Services staff is among the finest in the industry. We provide licensed therapists estheticians, with a minimum five years or more in their field. You can expect professionalism and world-class quality. Our products are all salon grade; linens and tools that are professionally sanitized; and our staff is thoroughly trained, reliable and courteous. Excellent customer service is our top priority!
Your guests will best enjoy the full benefit of our services if they arrive on time. Our staff is instructed to be available and begin working promptly at the designated time. It is always best to begin at the scheduled time and maximize your enjoyment!
Parking for our staff and therapists is to be provided or arranged for the client, as needed, for the duration of the event. Parking fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full prior to the event.
How many staff members (therapists and/or estheticians) will arrive at my event?
Each Zenspa Mobile Services event is customized to meet your specific needs and requirements including:
- Number of guests/participants
- Duration of event
- Types of services
- Space provided
- Other factors
Zenspa Mobile Services will always ensure that your event requirements are satisfied, with the appropriate number of staff. Reminder: spa set-up requires a minimum amount of space, which will be worked out during booking. Bear this in mind when considering the amount of space you will need in order to provide food, drink, and merriment for your guests/clients.
What is included in my spa party?
Music (if it does not compete with your own), candles, and aromatherapy are provided by Zenspa Mobile Services, for a truly relaxing spa experience. We also provide massage tables and chairs, linens, oils, facial tools, lotions, serums, and all other necessary supplies and equipment. Robes may be provided for each guest to be worn during the party, if ordered in advance.
